natural law
with natural law is a system of philosophy for which exist in the innate nature of the rules to which man, with its system of laws that positive law, to be submitted. These rules are entitled to live, eat, drinking, etc.. in practice to meet the needs more natural. In ancient times it was thought that the rules of positive law should be subject to natural law as if one violates the laws, do not realize it until the perpetrators of these has to be free from blame and punishment ... but if possible violent than the rules created by nature, even if no one notices, no less evil, nor is even greater if everyone knows it, not because it offends the view but the truth (Antiphon) . During Natural History Law adapts to Christian thought, particularly that of St. Thomas Aquinas, then it intersects in Enlightenment thought, to fall almost entirely as a philosophy. Today only some religious people think that nature has rules (coincidentally the ones that are convenient to them), which of course are divine rules (being nature, as their belief, created by god), or, rather, they believe to be divine. The common man, the one walking down the street feeling worse than the crap one, think that nature is all the things that exist in itself, ie without human intervention. In practice, the grass, trees, sky, clouds, mountains, seas, lakes ... The rules of nature then are all the physical laws that can not be violated, and gravity, thermodynamics, etc.. The clerical
, in compliance with their function to control the masses, they profess that some things are unnatural, while others adhere to the alleged rules of creation. The so-called rules of creation (or rather nature) are the laws of physics, biological and chemical properties that allow us to live on this planet. The water right can not fall to the other, the fish can not fly like birds, then there is no fact or occurrence that is unnatural. This contrasts with the violence of nature, then human uncontrolled growth, spread of diseases (which is a derivation), consumption of natural resources, environmental destruction, pollution ... But nobody cares about these things, including sopprattutto those who want to pass things as natural as unnatural.
